🪄 Workflow Export
On the Export page you can export any workflow from your Jira Cloud Instance. All of your workflows are listed in a table, which can be sorted by each column in increasing or decreasing order. You can select either one or multiple workflows by checking the boxes in the Select column of the table. Use the "Select all" checkbox below the table to select every workflow that is currently displayed.
If your Jira Instance contains a larger amount of workflows the table will be split into multiple pages with up to 50 workflows per page at max. The "Select all" checkbox will only select the workflows on the current page.
The search bar above the table allows you to search for workflows in all of your projects. It filters the workflows displayed in the table below to only those whose names contain the entered search term. If the search bar is empty, all workflows are displayed alphabetically by default. You can restrict the table to active workflows only by selecting the corresponding checkbox right beside the search bar.
Once you have selected all the workflows that you want to export, simply click on the export button in the bottom right. The selected workflows will then be downloaded in a single JSON file. This file is all you need to import the workflows to a Jira Cloud instance using the Workflow Wizard.
Due to technical limitations only a maximum of 20 workflows can be exported at once. If you select more than 20 a warning will appear.
